As someone who has been a barista I can't begin to comprehend what is so hard about "a splash of milk", but at least that drink was actually full. The others were about 3/4 of the cup. If I had gotten cold foam I could see that happening. But just iced coffees there shouldn't. W any space 🤷‍♀️ I'd say don't quit your day job but ...

This was one of the worst Starbucks experiences I’ve had. I paid for a Venti matcha Frappuccino and received a drink that wasn’t even full. It was clearly underfilled and poorly made, like it was thrown together without any care. For the price Starbucks charges, this is unacceptable. The staff’s attitude and attention to quality were extremely disappointing. I will not be coming back to this location

I’m a regular at this Starbucks location and usually have a great experience here. I visit often, and the service has typically been friendly and the drinks are usually well made. Earlier today in the afternoon, I stopped by and had a drink made by a different staff member, and it was excellent. However, when we returned in the evening to sit down and relax, the experience was completely different. The staff made us feel very uncomfortable and pressured us to order immediately, even though we were planning to order. After we placed our first order, we felt rushed again to order something else. One of the employees kept staring at us in a way that made it seem like we were doing something wrong, which was very uncomfortable. When we asked for help fixing our drinks, the employee responded with attitude instead of being helpful. The drink I purchased in the evening was also made very poorly compared to the one I had earlier in the day. On top of that, the customer service overall felt very unfriendly. We were also unable to use the restroom during an emergency, and no one provided a reason for why we were denied access, which was extremely frustrating. This location has usually b

Today I ordered a Dubai Chocolate Matcha drink at Starbucks, with extra chocolate foam and 5 scoops of matcha powder. But this is hands down the worst drink I’ve ever had in my entire life. I asked the barista if that was the extra chocolate foam, and he said yes. I took two sips, and the chocolate foam was completely gone right away. The matcha at the bottom was so bitter it was almost unbearable, and I’m pretty sure they didn’t add any sugar at all. A large cup of this was so expensive, and it tasted absolutely terrible. I’ve never had a worse drink in my life. I barely drank any and threw the whole cup away.

I’m so sick and tired of when I order my coffee for delivery in the app they never fill it to the top. I have never experienced such a thing at any other starbucks. I really try not to write bad reviews. Yeah it’s only two sips of coffee I’m missing out on. But the principle of it is this is so beyond lazy from the staff. Also 50% of the time my espresso shots are not in the drink either.
